Sounds awesome but I'm gonna skip this build, 14295 is too good and I don't feel like dealing with new bugs.

You can catch the install.esd from a updated machine and convert it to .ISO to install to other machines, if you are an insider. No build 14316 .ISO is available in fast ring.

Ok, I am now downloading Windows Insider Preview from the MS download site for the iso, could I install this on a virtual machine? If so, how?

Do I also need to sign up to be able to activate it?

If someone could get me back on this, that would be great! Thanks in advance!

You can always return to previous build if you don't enjoy an new build.
