    OK, that app is not listed in my list of installed apps.
    I also don't have that apps as I'm still waiting for 14316 build

    That app is not included in my 14316 build, so it might be part of some other app.

    Windows Experience Index aka Windows System Assessment Tool. It was a built in benchmark that was in Windows Vista, 7 and 8/8.1.

    Thanks! I'm familiar with Windows Experience Index, just didn't connect it to WEI. :)

    Did you check under "Manage optional Feature"?
    Only thing I've installed was Windows subsystem for linux. Would have to go trough System restore to check that out.

    Did anybody have to agree to the Ubuntu's terms of service when they activated this BASH app? I didn't but this fellow here did;

    That being said, I find it very strange if you didn't have to accept the terms. After adding Bash in Windows Features, launching it's download and installation using Command Prompt, you will asked to accept the terms:

    I am quite sure you had that, too.

    Has this App been here before?
    We tested it in Vista and Windows 7, Andre. It had a different name, which I've forgotten, but we BTs paired up and explored each other's machines.

    I'm glad to see it back, because that means I can help my Win 10 Newbie friend without having to drive ten miles to her house.

    But it has been there for ages. Only in different location (as I've said before). it is still there.

    Yes, I followed the directions and looked in that list very carefully. That app is not listed there on my system.

    Yes Kari, you are quite right. I thought that he was talking about a different screen.

    Thanks.

    Strange. I have no idea where it could come from if not originally installed.
