ESD to ISO makes good. Props to @Kari

Wasn't showing up here, then I remembered I set myself to the slow ring to avoid 291.

Just switched to the fast ring then rebooted and now it's coming down.

I checked my settings, am on fast ring and rebooted. NOTHING! I think my cable company (Charter) providing my internet service has something to do with it. It seems I can get downloads only at 4 AM. So in the morning, I will be able to get it. Go figure. So much for paying for 60 mbps speed all for naught!
