03.16.2016 Looking to move on from 14279rs1 it's not as stable here as some of the previous fast ring test builds sometimes the CPU ,Memory,compression and HDD spikes way high all at once and it stalls or slows to a crawl Hoping for a new build maybe tomorrow . I usually get the fast bring builds here on Thurs.

Just got it today on my test machine. Hadn't before noticed the expiration date on winver. But it's not a problem, the computer has started showing bulged capacitors [2] and will probably be dead by then anyway.

Berton, there's always a new build well before the expiration date. The main reason that's there is so that someone wanting to stop getting new builds and just have a free ride can't use it past the expiration date. :)

Yeah, I kinda knew that but had never noticed it on earlier builds in the winver panel.

Nothing about a new Win. Insider fast ring PC build on the @GabeAul twitter feed right now & no new Windows $BT folder here or anthing in WU . I'm thinking we may not get a new Insider PC build this week ........anybody see anthing different ?

There are still nearly 8 hours today and all day tomorrow when something could come down the pike. Gabe tweeted 2 days ago saying they have a good candidate for the fast ring, but no ETA yet.

That's true I've seen new Insider builds and Tweets from Gabe Aul materialize later in ~midday out here on the left coast before :)

FWIW I Just changed my default browser from Chrome x64 to Firefox in 14279 Google Chrome x64 hangs and or just becomes unresponsive frequently it may be the latest Chrome update or this test build or both but it was happening before the latest Chrome update . Chrome x86 might work better that's the way it always was before in Windows 10 and IIRC windows 7 x64 also .
OTOH Firefox is a real decent browser anyway so it will be interesting to see if it's more stable than Chrome x64 in Windows 10 stay tuned .
