    A workmate of mine had a pad of sticky notes printed with "when you were out, the sh-t hit the fan", they always amused the boss.

    Just being curious. If you set up Fido would you still be able to log in with a password as a backup just in case?

    I thought windows 8 allowed you to sign in without typing in a password isn't that identical?

    Yes, Win10 does allow you to do the exact same thing that you can do in Win8/Win8.1.

    If your talking about this, Log On User Account Automatically at Windows 8 Startup that lets you or anybody else with physical access to the PC, to log on without entering a password. No authentication at all. That's not what the article is talking about.
