    Hi Insiders,

We have a new update for you, build 16.0.6568.2036.

To get the update, click File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.

This update fixes two significant POP3 issues in Outlook 2016:

    1. After Outlook downloads email, all email messages on the server are deleted from the Inbox.
    2. Email messages are downloaded multiple times from Outlook, causing duplicate items.

In addition, we've fixed an issue where Office apps would crash if you attempted to convert a file to PDF using Adobe Acrobat PDFMaker.

Special thanks to Insider Mrs. Richardson for being the first to bring the POP3 issues to our attention!

Insider update... ha. I just wish we'd get the black theme already. Tired of this washed out grey theme.

Thanks Brink .. just went and manually updated to that release. I was having the duplication issue happening on one of my POP3 accounts.
(I hope Mrs. Richardson sent them an invoice for her time :)

    Hi there
In the normal Retail Branch (Office 2016) we are at 2036 which already has the black theme. (2025 also before update had Black theme too).

No trouble with POP3 either on 2025 (although I prefer to use IMAP). Haven't tried 2036 but might on a VM . Note I'm on Retail branch not preview.

    Cheers

Just had a major crash when saving document in last version of Word. Lost everything back to last saved file (which wasn't long before ). Word was unable to recover anything.
    just a warning.
