Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14267 Insider
-
I forgot to make a copy of the ESD file before I installed build 14267 so now I can't make an ISO to do a clean install of this build. Is there any way to get another copy of the ESD file?
Yes. C:\$WINDOWS~BT\Sources\Install.esd
Did I misunderstand? Do you want the ESD from Build 14257 or Build 14267? What I gave you is for Build 14267.

Rats, still not seeing it in Windows Update.
Wish there was a way to force it.
So sorry, Trucker. I feel your pain.

I don't have that folder anymore. I must have deleted it.

This thread has almost got me drooling, left the insider fast ring when Win 10 went to RTM.
I just got to keep my keep my mouse pointer away from the Get Started button.

Me too. Hammering the "Check for updates" button once an hour doesn't help...

Laptop downloaded the new version. Upon install the laptop continually blue screened on reboot and then reverted to 257 version. Nice...

With the 64bit 10 look for the "$Windows~WS" folder as well. The Home edition will only see the BT folder while the Pro sees the WS added along side the BT when looking over the root of C. The main build here in the meantime still sees the Threshold 2 Update while the second desktop has all the fun!

Wheeeeeeee, I didn't have to wait all that long! Build 14267 is downloading now!
Wow, you mean you are actually getting a download from WU? That is great. I gave up and installed the new build
