I didn't read the NDA. But then again I'm not planning on sharing anything.
I cannot understand how this is possible. Every time I use Microsoft Click-To-Run installer, I get issues. This happens every time, whatever PC I am using:Usually the installation goes on though, slowly but it finally finishes, all the time during the process telling me I am not connected. Today I gave up after two hours installer running on the background, rebooted, and now trying again I get this, whatever I do:
I am connected, no issues there. Office Click-To-Run installer is the only application having issues to connect.
Really, this sucks!
I gave up Office 2016 installation, it's a no go for me. I had uninstalled Office 2013 as recommended by Microsoft as a troubleshooting tip, so went to Office 365 site thinking I'll reinstall Office 2013 from there. Now this bloody error message blinks on my display and download jumps between 0.0 and 3.5 MBps, a second or two high speed, the error message goes away, then again for a second or two download stops and the error message is shown.
I have had this same circus every time I have used Click-To-Run installer, every time, every PC. Eventually after sometimes tens of tries and reboots I finally get Office installed.
Anyone else having these issues with Office Click-To-Run installer?
I've installed/uninstalled Office 2013 Pro and Office 2016 TP multiple times the past day or two with no issues at all, that's a real strange one.
It's as if the Click-to-Run installer loses the connection all the time although otherwise my connections is really OK. It has always been like this for me, as long as I have been using the Click-To-Run installers.
