Windows 10: Transparency for Start menu in future builds

    Now this is transparency I can get behind, not some insignificant window dressing that isn't even 10% of the total UI!

    The earlier builds did have a transparent Taskbar.
    IMO, it was horrible.
    I don't like transparency anyway (I have it turned off in W7).

    The Standard Solution applies here, let users turn it on or off.
