If the above doesn't work, here is my copy of the .dll(from 11099 in Hyper-V, just take ownership of yours, rename it to WSClient.old or .bak and copy my obviously working version to your system32.

    WSClient contents

Thank you Cliff. I am having the same problem since I installed build 11099. It also pops up every ten minutes. I just replaced my .dll file with yours. I will report if it pops up again.

It did not work for me. It popped up this morning right on Start. I will try again.

@CountMike, did you use mine to replace and is it still working?

To both of you, remember I said I pulled this solution out of my butt...
This trick worked for me once on Windows 7, using a copy I pulled from a system image. But it was a different .dll problem and the .dll was from my own PC and setup, just from an image that was a couple of days old.

I simply removed WSClient.dll from my PC just to see if it helps. So far no side effects after restart. I hope by now MS includes this bug on their todo list and come out with a fix. Beside this issue, Build 11099 is running well.
