However, some apps cannot be uninstalled like that. For example Xbox. But I do not have an Xbox, nor do I plan to buy one, hence I don't want this app on my system. It's not about space. It's about my PC being MY PC and I want to have only those programs on it that I might actually use at some point.
I uninstalled Xbox via Windows PowerShell. Look here: Apps - Uninstall in Windows 10 - Windows 10 Forums. Go to Option 2 (or Option 3 if there's more than 1 user on your PC).

    Bloatware, bloatware, bloatware.

It's been around for ever and one still has to be watch out for in my opinion. Now what is bloatware? Depends on the user.

Except for members of this forum and many like it most don't even know what bloatware is. Microsoft and and many other companies depend on the masses that don't know what bloatware is or how to find it on their systems.

Anybody that spends time on this forum or it's sister forms in a short time will learn about bloatware and how to remove it if they desire.
Microsoft depends on the millions and millions of users that don't know and don't want to know what bloatware is.

For years any store bought computer came with a truck load of bloatware.
It's not new. Microsoft's with their new operating systems is just joining the bloatware club late.

    Now, my definition of bloatware.

*Anything that gets on my systems without my express permission and knowledge.*

If one chooses to have what some call bloatware, then it is no longer bloatware for that person.
I would venture that most users don't know their is a method of choice so they just except what ever.

A knowledgeable user is bloatware's worse enemy.
