Well that's the way all computers are. They gotta have something on there and a lot of it can be useful.

I'd rather pay MS a one time price to avoid their non system critical data gathering all together, oh, that's right remember when you paid for Windows XP, Vista, 7, and 8? LOL
MS should offer a paid version that avoids all this added crap, if you want to choose it. They could offer the same for OEM machines as an option, I would GLADLY pay several hundred to avoid the "free" version of Windows 10.
in my experience, when i install windows10 RTM, it only give me offer to isntall Candy Crush
at later point, where i need to reinstall windows10 again, i thought hey maybe good idead to redownload windows10 using mediacreationtool
so i download, install the newer build win10, and i got candycrush and twitter preinstalled
default startmenu also slightly changed, it have cortana (on RTM cortana no available yet)
All Apps and Programs that are not inbuilt into the W10 O/S.....ie-.....Candy Crush or any other can be easily removed by opening All apps (under power button) and right clicking mouse where the option to uninstall is revealed.
While I have zero issues with someone removing these apps I personally can see no reason to do so. If the PC has more than 30gb of storage removing them is not going to free up enough space to justify the effort and to top it off when a new build is dropped to users they have to.. re-remove the apps again.
I've found over the years that the best way to keep an OS stable is to do as little modifying it.. yup. The less you do the more likely you'll have issues. Modifying the registry.. bad idea. Just a bad idea. The more it's changed the more likely the system will be unstable.
I got the offer for candy crush and I put it on ignore(don't offer again) and it didn't install.
In case of TLDR.. the less you do the more stable the PC is and there is zero reason to remove unused apps. IMO
