    USB drives no longer accessible

Since I have installed this update, I can no longer access USB drives.

In the Device Manager "Generic Flash Disk USB Device" or "Lexar microSD RDR USB Device" show the same Device status:

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware.
The driver may be corrupted or missing (Code 39).
    Object Name not found

It is definitely not hardware related.
I have an older copy of my Windows 10 drive on the same PC and when I boot this one everything works fine.

I tried lots of solutions I found on the internet but to no avail.

Don't know is this is part of my email problem, but now have this error showing. Any idea on how to replace this missing entry.

Mine has stopped as well no emails at all, no accounts showing. Keeps asking me what account I want to use to send email, any selection has no response.

UPDATE: Just to clarify, I am using the app "Mail and Calendar". When I look for scanpst.exe for repair, my folder drill down says 15 not 16 and that folder is empty. I think this is because I received Office 365 for 1 year free, that has since expired?

UPDATE: Front of this post was concerning my lappy. Now on my desktop, insider version, same problem, this particular version shows no mail accounts? Looking at update history, shows 116 updates, mostly office stuff multiple attempts, each saying successful, and multiple successfully installs of Update for Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Update 4 Redistributable Package (KB3119142).
If you (and anybody else) are getting multiple MS Visual C++ 2012 updates, (highlighted in red) see this post > Solved Windows 10 keeps reinstalling KB3119142 - Windows 10 Forums and read #3

I had this on my Desktop(Insider) as well, this is what I have done, Task scheduler-> Microsoft-> Windows-> WS and disabled WSRefreshBannedAppsList, then rebooted and enabled it. I don't see this popup anymore.

I noticed this update replaces kb 3124200, so I uninstalled that one and restarted. Then kb 3124263 installed properly.
I gave this route a shot after countless attempts at applying KB3124263.. and it still failed. KB3124263 failed with Windows Update. It failed with a manual download/update. It failed after I ran the WU history clear. It failed after re-registering WU components. It failed after running the WU troubleshooter, multiple times after 'repairing'.

    The standard routine:
    Initiate update
    Restart
    30% - auto restart
    45% - auto restart
    45% - "We couldn't complete the updates.."
    Auto restart
    Hang on black screen
    Hard restart
Several restarts rolling back, with a sprinkle of black screen hangs mixed in...
Aggravating as hell since I paid hard earned cash for this abuse from Microsoft.. WTF?
The standard answer "Just download/install the ISO" is BS.. I already paid & did that..

Tx for that. Disabled/restarted/enabled. Claims that it is "running". If I try and manually run it, it states that the .dll is missing. Hope I have to wait a very long time to see it if ever.

All the other OS updates installed without problems, this last one (11099.rs is not friendly for me)

I don't know if this has something to do with this update but here's what happened today: (I updated it today)

I was using Microsoft word, google chrome, media monkey & acer care center when my laptop crashed and showed this:

    Windows stopped working

    Description:
    0x00000139 (0x0000000000000003, 0xffffd0002dcc6490, 0xffffd0002dcc63e8, 0x0000000000000000

It crashed when Acer Care Center started updating an Intel Driver (which was already installed - I updated it two days ago- but for some reason this windows update remove it and I was left with the older version, is his supposed to happen? The same thing happened to the Nvdia driver). All previous settings are gone (i.e. fast start was on, it was disabled. Also, after the update the money and the sports apps are back - I had uninstalled them)

Also, the Acer logo appears twice on startup. The first time, the loading dots move and the second time they kinda freeze, then I get a black screen and then window's lock screen.

I'm pretty sure none of these stuff was happening before this update. I got this laptop like 2 weeks ago.
