i update my windows , its very stupid to restart the system for each and every flash update!
I think this update is to put right what some members are having trouble with the last update that went in
since windows 98 user going through endless restart after update, Microsoft should make windows core more smart to Partial re-run the file and service being updated, some user think its just restart , but not for everyone specially who use openvpn server , putty, network monitors etc..
Funny how some have to restart, mine never prompts me for flash updates. Anyway update seems safe
no restart,for me
