    Hype and speculation continues,
I believe Awesome is hard to live up too :)
That's the problem with stupid code names.
    How do you top "Awesome"?

    "Heaps Mega-Awesome"?
Yep I wonder if Spartan will be a bloody mess

I'm afraid its gonna be... If you didn't like Metro IE, then you prob not going to care for Spartan either...

To early to say what Spartan is going to be or even look like. All we've see is a draft image. It does look like Chrome/FF and I think that's the look that MS is going for. As for how it will work. Well, we should find out when it comes out for testing.

I hope it works well but I'm not going to hold my breath on that.. if it fails then I'll stick with FF.

    Jeff :)

Metro ie I'm not sure what that is
Metro or Modern it's all the same pretty much the only difference is have a large square live title instead of simple pinned to the taskbar :/

If I recall, MS tried to have a desktop IE and a metro version. I never use either so this is just a guess by me at this point.

...for some reason they called it an 'Immersive Browser' and yes, same was later called Modern...

    Ha okay yep,
The other real issue I had with ie in win-10 was the annoying recommend settings popup message on the start of every session,
I don't use default settings and that triggers it for some reason in win-10,
Full screen viewing or not I believe was the only other difference in the metro deal
Never viewed the other versions I didn't use 8.1 all that much wasn't anything special there to keep me using it,
    Cheers.
