Hang in there. Mine just showed up an hour ago.
That's good to hear! And you are dual booting. It was suggested maybe that was a cause of delay. I've tried all the tricks. All the suggestions. no luck. I'll just have to wait...........

Still no 11082. I think I can rule out WU being broken. Just got Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3124200). Took me to 10586.36. Tick, Tick, Tick.........

Yeah, that sounds likely WU is broken!

You misunderstood. I said "rule out broken", not "is broken".

But if you are an Insider, you shouldn't receive "Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1511 for x64-based Systems (KB3124200)". Correct?

You will if you are still on 10586 and have not received 11082. Read my post, #123.

Cumulative Updates have nothing to do with being an insider or not. They are tied to the build.

Have just updated my laptop which is ATM W10 home and it is exactly the same as your above quote ie- 10586.36.
My insider update on W10 Pro went from 10586.29.
This would suggest that you are not on the insider program, even if your o/s states otherwise.
Hope you manage to sort it out soon.
