Yes, PC World is a computer store chain, much like Dixons is an electronics store chain. I may be wrong, but I think they have branches in UK as well.
Yes same firm and yes every big town has a branch of PC World in UK

They have nothing to do with the PC World magazine/online news site quoted earlier in this thread, though.

I think that is a bit of an off topic bit. But, the author of the "article" was wrong when he stated that something like AMD catalyst is removed during the update. I performed these updates and catalyst never was removed.

Same as he was wrong about Ccleaner I have never had mine removed or had to remove it.
Also never had to disable my Antivirus either, always been restored and on when upgrades have been downloaded and installed.
Also all my 3rd party apps have always been reinstalled

Removing Catalyst might make sense, if Windows Update replaced his AMD graphics driver with generic Microsoft graphics driver or Microsoft Basic Display Adapter. All the others are not true.

But it doesn't and when I install 10 I get catalyst installed automatically.

This is if Windows can detect your graphics card model. If it cannot (for rather old models) it reverts to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter.

The only thing I get when updating is a pop-up stating that 8GadgetPack is being removed because it not compatible. Then I get a pop-up that 8GadgetPack needs to be repaired and if I want to repair it. I click on yes and 8Gadgetpack loads and keeps all my settings.

You can also download the latest version of 8gadgetpack which is Windows 10 compatible.

I remoted in to a reg customer last night whom I sold and set up a computer for little over a year ago. Notification area stated ccleaner was removed.
