Well so far so good. I had to enable sharing of my library's again as file sharing had been turned off.
Also Chrome apps that are pinned to the start menu have lost their icons, removing them and re-adding them makes no difference.
If I use medium sized icons i just get the chrome icon, if I use small I get a grey box:
Maybe it's just a problem with Chrome.

MS deems us unworthy! I have a real dislike for apple and their relentless iOS updates causing carnage. But at least iOS comes out for everybody at the same time and for the most part doesn't fail to install! I wish the custom builder of my PC hadn't been quite so quick processing my order and building it a couple weeks ago, then at least would of dodged the update as it should already of been pre-installed
Perhaps this will help!

We’ve talked a lot about our Windows Insider Program, and how that open, collaborative process has been so critical to the choices we’ve made in building Windows 10. I want to thank the Windows Insiders who have continued to participate and invest their time and energy in the program. Throughout this time, we’ve also been investing in our Enterprise Insider Program where our team adopts complex organizations and their needs to ensure Windows 10 is an ideal solution for their devices. We’ve spent thousands of hours with companies like Daimler, NESTLE, KPMG, Hendrick Motorsports, Virgin Atlantic, and the PGA Tour. I can’t thank each of these organizations enough for their investment of time in making Windows 10 great. We’ve incorporated our experience with these companies within our deployment guidance for IT partners, and will continue to update as we partner with all of you to upgrade your organizations to Windows 10.
As always, we are looking forward to your feedback!
Terry

** US only at availability

Presently however take notice of: "** US only at availability" for the time being anyways! That's MS for you!
But there were people outside of the US that did get the update yesterday. They posted that they did in this thread.
This is getting silly now. Your totally right, people outside the US did get it. Maybe they weren't supposed to. Maybe that's part of the reason for the many failed install attempts. Seems the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing as MS. If there is a particular date I should expect my update in London then I wish MS would just say, then I can diarise it and put the saga to back of the mind. At the moment it's causing a lot of checking and nervousness on the part of users.
I found a place to get it so, I won't be crying over the lack of MS support. :)
I also find it frustrating at times when it takes a longer time for some to get the update than others. But, the key issue is what order each person is in the queue and how much traffic is hitting the servers. I would have thought that MS could have set up servers in Europe/UK, etc. to deal with this issue and it's a shame that they didn't.
