Don't need the ESD file since The Media creation tool is out, and both ISO files are available MS Site. . .:). . .

Use the media creation tool, uncheck the box for download x86 or x64......download or upgrade....and finish. :)

the update is a disaster, all the settings has been brought to defaults as in a clean installation... now have to configure it all again

Installed the iso onto a USB drive, after selecting my Windows 10 Home 64bit, using the Media Creation Tool.
Clicked on setup.exe on my USB drive, then selected: keep all files and apps, then updated.
