    Yes you can.

    Here is what I did...

I did this to get rid of windows.old, BT and WS...just change lines for directory you want from elevated CMD Prompt.

    takeown /F C:\Windows.old\* /R /A
    icacls C:\Windows.old\*.* /T /grant administrators:F
    rmdir /S /Q C:\Windows.old\
Just should be able to run Disk Cleanup, system files, then click on the files you want to remove, and Windows deletes them. shouldn't be that hard....

There is a much simpler and safer way. Go to MY PC, right click your OS drive. Select "clean disk". Let it calculate. Then click system files and let it calculate again. Check off which areas you want cleaned. Let it do it's thing. It was designed to do this. It's actually running cleanmgr under the covers. One typo in the CMD lines above could cause heartache.

Nope, it can clear both. You tick Temporary Windows Installation files and Previous windows Installations.

We have a winner! I can certainly confirm this fact because I just did it after installing TH2.

Nope...well at least on my computer after doing the update, it removed all those files in about 1 min. Will remove tons of leftovers if you click the right choices. :)
