One machine done, all seems ok, now for my aging dual Pentium with 20gb drives.

Yay....all worked well for me. I used the media creation tool and upgraded from 10240 to build 1511 ( OS build 10586.3 ). All my files were saved just as they were. Thanks for the advice and tips everyone.

Updated my laptop via MCT, everything seems tip top. Not sure I'll use Skype/messaging that often, nice to have I suppose.

Seems quicker and notifications via Windows Mail seem more consistent.
