How I fixed my problems, and whoever doesnt get the update yet: http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=691209

Just use the media creation tool to download iso, burn iso to usb stick via rufus: Rufus - Create bootable USB drives the easy way

Run setup.exe from stick, upgrade (keep all). Done.

Run disk cleanup tool afterwards, delete setup files + old windows. Way more space now on c: for me.

See what happens when the download finishes. Three of four computers here finished downloading but all three did not install. Received an error! Fourth computer doesn't even "see" the update.
I received download on two laptops, on one downloaded twice, but then received error message and nothing was installed. Now, cannot download, and updater program reports all updates applied!!! On my desktop NOTHING is even being offered.

Ah, well that's probably why it wasn't able to install. I don't think I have that folder yet. Where is it suppose to be located?
