Would be grateful if anyone could post here when TH2 reaches UK & Ireland (for non-insiders).

Have helped some friends/relations upgrade to W10 since August. For others still on W7 or W8, what is the best way to upgrade a machine to W10 after this TH2 has gone out? If you don't use a newer ISO will upgrading via the taskbar (GWX) icon include the new TH2 enhancements and features?
Upgrading through GWX will be to the latest available public release. Waiting until after the th-2 launch will mean that the GWX installation will be th-2.

No, they haven't. Allegedly, it might be released on Thursday. (But I'm not even feeling confident that we'll see it, then. :)

I have the 10586 that was released for the Insider builds but, I am not sure if this WILL be the End build TH2?
Think I will wait until it is a download before I do anything serious.

Those already on build 10586 won't see anything. If you type "winver" in a Run box you will see that you don't have Windows 10 anymore. You have Windows 1511. That is the Fall Update.
