No. Gabe is announcing 10586 for phones. Phones were on 10581. Now everybody is on 10586. But the cumulative update today for PC takes PCs from 10586.3 tp 10586.11, same as phone. Phones got a new Build. PCs got a cumulative update.

Ahh, I was lampooning there, blutos cousin. Please refer to my specs. I'm a huge proponent in the direction MS took with 8/8.1 and now 10. I am an "MS Puritan" so to speak and basically always have been using Windows PCs to help run a construction business for 20 years. Now retired. I have 2 PCs/1 lappy that run Windows, a Lumia 1520 Windows phone (purching a 950XL upon release), and Office Pro 2013. I use Edge/IE in 10 and IE in 8.1. WD in all OSs. MS Live account to sign into all devices. 30 GBs of OneDrive. Use Bing Rewards. The only 3rd party software I use is CCleaner and MWB free. I hardly the problems some have using much 3rd party software.

Never owned any iThings and dabbled in Linux, but really never had the time nor see the thrill of it.

I've 13k posts in 8F with much discussion about MS direction often fending off 7F "traditionalists". Made the likes of:

Suggested Steps To Take Installing And Setting Up Windows 8

The Real Quality Boot Time of 8 Verses 7

Windows Phone 8 and 8.1 Search Button

For the forum community: Personal Computer Related Memories - I Remember:

Very huge on and referenced this a lot: Designing the Start screen

    ....just to name a few.

I'm not a geek in the true sense of the word, but knew much more than the commoner. I'm just learning the "guts" of the machine having been recently retired. However, I do pride myself in advanced navigational skills, especially keyboarding, Office Pro suite, IE, bookkeeping software, and construction estimating software, having used it much in business, which is pretty much why I'm a MS proponent of MS's new direction. A much quicker way of navigation and getting tasks completed with much less time.

I like 10, but much prefer 8.1 for navigation. I can see why MS made 10 more desktop orientated for those that want to use Win32, but IMO the desktop isn't really all that important any longer with the introduction of WinRT Store apps. Start menu should be and is in 10 with Tablet mode just as with 8/8.1. We'll see the desktop as we know it being phased out eventually in years to come.

I've been in the Windows Insider Program since the first W10TP came out and I'm currently on b10532. :)
Back in mid to late June when first hearing about the release date and wanted to get back into the Insider program I couldn't find any download links for the builds that were seen in between the TP that was available back in January up until the 10240 came out. Since the must have been 10017 or something close if not the same as seen in February.

Since it wouldn't run I couldn't do anything about seeing any upgrade and simply ended up downloading the 10240 on both desktops and then waited before enabling the Get insider builds option to first play catch up on things. Most of that was simply dealing the need to see newer versions of the softwares that would run on 10.

Anything "Cumulative" is a small security update commonly seen and nothing more then that. I expect to see those about every other month or so. As for the attached file I got the "invalid link" message when trying to take a look. I generally make sure to insert the image fully to avoid running into that type of problem. Thought you should know about how that came out there.

    Typical

I didn't get a chance to use those links as W10 started downloading TH2 soon as I logged in.
