I'm not running a touch screen, but still prefer tablet mode over desktop mode. I use a trackball most of the time. Touchpad occasionally. It's usable without touch so why not on multiple screens? I run triple monitors on my main desktop and dual on my laptop so no Tablet mode on those devices for me. So, if you have a tablet, and dock it in a stand with an external monitor connected, no tablet mode on your tablet. Not unless you switch to Second screen only?

Now how did that happen? I play a media player and the song track title appears on the secondary monitor's taskbar? That's something new for sure there! Got AIMP running at the moment. Plus the Start button, Search, and Tash View reappeared on the extended taskbar! Haven't seen that since 10 first went on.

Had to catch it just right in order to capture a look at how that appeared out of nowhere!

Maybe not broken, but not exactly finished for those who may have a touch screen rig and want to use dual monitors in tablet mode?

Maybe a visit to Feedback is in order?
I've sent feedback on that a couple of times so far.

Same here. That's one of the first things I check is Tablet mode for dual/multi monitor. Hasn't happened yet.

They should make a Start/All apps screens snap in console type option like 8/8.1 instead of the Start menu, although I do think it's better than the old one. I don't need no stinkin Taskbar on the Start menu and I think All apps should be a separate screen. I don't care what anyone says, the Start screen is much better at navigating with a keyboard. Home/End and Page Up/Down keys don't work in the Start menu. I have to hit the down arrow 3 times to get to the tile area, then arrow, arrow, arrow a lot. Too slow. And no, I don't want to use the mouse.

    Rant over.

OMGoodness, Hippsie! Navigating the Start menu with the keyboard is awesome! I never thought to work with it that way!

Press the Window key and up pops Start.

Press the down arrow and it speedily goes to the bottom. Hold it down too long and you're at the top again. :) Speed down to All Apps and hit Enter. Once there, the page up and page down arrows work flawlessly. If that's not fast enough, press the down arrow and speed downward. Pass up what you were looking for? Whoops, press the up arrow!

It'll take a little getting used to, but I can manage the learning curve. :) A few less mouse clicks for my poor carpal tunnel!

Gee may as well go back to the Legacy days! We moved around by keys! "you did?!" Funny how Dos used to work as well. Some old dos apps had pseudo GUIs that were navigated by keys only! A number of old dos apps were much the same. That includes some rather classic legacy game titles as well.

I'm finding the 'back a page' arrow in Settings is missing!
    Anyone else?
