Got new Cumulative too, Now it's 10586.14. That might have been the trigger they pulled update for.
In between the initial TH2 release with the updated MCT and then pulled real fast you had to figure something was in the works. But the download is not by way of the MC tool but at the Tech Bench site! Tech Bench

Option one seen in the Download Windows 10 guide will also bring you to that particular page since the guide was updated.

They fixed the upgrade bug that people were reporting as well as tossed in the latest cumulative update together. MS wants 10 to smile so more will upgrade and having a buggy upgrade? Been there done that one already! Only the latest upgrades were over 10!

A report about that was just posted on the other Threshold 2 thread. Windows 10: Microsoft reintroduces November update after fixing bug- The Inquirer

So I installed 10240.16384.150709-1700.TH1_CLIENTENTERPRISEEVAL_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US (dual boot with Pro) couple of weeks ago, joined Insider Group on it but never got the update to 10586. Didn't have much (actually anything) to do this evening so I decided to download
10586.0.151029-1700.TH2_RELEASE_CLIENTENTERPRISEEVAL_OEMRET_X64FRE_EN-US and upgrade manually but.... when it came to asking to decide what to keep only Don't keep anything was available because of "You are installing different version.... bla, bla". Installed it anyway and rejoined insiders again. Didn't have too many programs installed anyway.
Right now it's 1511 - 10586.14, that's fresh ISO from couple of hours ago. There was no big updates after and during installation just a WD update and security update for Flash. That should mean that they keep is as up to date as possible.

I read about it somewhere during Build 9926, or so, and it's still hard-coded in there!

Windows 10 ain't built from the ground up, is it!

Just noticed a crazy thing, Enterprise has more games than Home and Pro versions. That's gonna be great for work.
