I only have 1 desktop that has Classic Shell installed and it's disabled. I don't know why but my file explorer on my Win 10 RTM computers have tabs.

I just restarted my desktop that is a dual boot with Win 10 RTM and Win 10 TP into Win 10 RTM updated from Win 8.1. It has Classic Shell installed but disabled and I don't have a tabbed file explorer. The other computers were purchased with Win 10 pre-installed. I don't know if because of another program I loaded or because it's the OEM version from HP.
