Fast rings might get them in just a few days
Microsoft’s Gabriel Aul, head of the Windows Insider program, has confirmed on Twitter
that the company is already testing some very good release candidates for Windows 10 and has indicated that the developing team is looking at this week as a possible launch date.
While Aul hasn’t specifically mentioned whether these builds are aimed at PCs and mobile, the company is most likely targeting both platforms, as Microsoft is now trying to continue development of the two simultaneously.
“We have a couple of builds that are looking good in internal rings. It's possible we'll see them later this week to Fast,” Aul explains.
Windows 10 Threshold 2
Details are very vague right now, but it’s possible that these new builds prepared by Microsoft for the Windows Insider program are actually the final versions of Windows 10 Threshold 2, the next big update coming for RTM users sometime this month.
