I have not seen that screen with the .iso's, and using a freshly created VM, is the same as using a brand new virgin PC, with no OS previous or other wise. Have you tried ShowKeyPlus from @Superfly and tried entering that key?

Ungraded without issue. Considered doing a clean install but couldn't find a really compelling reason to do so.
Heard about it yesterday, and today it took 45 minutes to run.
Yeah, first time I've seen that screen with ISOs too. I used Magic Jelly Bean and tried entering that one. It didn't work. I'll try ShowKeyPlus and see if that works. Thanks.
Edit: Yeah, the Windows 10 key didn't work. It's weird...upgrade path has been 8.1 to RTM to 10565. No reason the 10576 upgrade shouldn't be showing up or that the key that's worked so far shouldn't be working.
Either way, I'm done messing with it. If the update doesn't show up in WU by the end of today, I'm just gonna throw 10240 on it opt out of Insider builds on it.
You should post about it then, from Gabe on the new update;
Then restart the Messaging app.
Small form-factor devices, like the Dell Venue 8 Pro, that boot with rotation or virtual mode screen size set larger than the physical screen size will experience a bluescreen on upgrade and will roll back to the previous build.
After upgrading to this build, the power button on your Surface Pro 3 may no longer put your Surface Pro 3 to sleep and instead shut down.
WebM and VP9 have been temporarily removed from builds. We continue to develop a VP9 implementation that we intend to ship in Windows. Expect VP9 to return soon in a future build.
We hope you get a chance to try out these new features and let us know what you think. As always, send us problem reports and suggestions using the Windows Feedback app.
Thanks for being a Windows Insider,

Yes, just finished upgrading and than some more updates after that. Stayed activated no problems. Keep in mind that this is from full retail W7-8-8.1-10 Windows. Only activation problems with full insider version as they don't have that distinction of being retail, OEM or whatever.
Everything seems right, Now going to make backup and customize heck out of it.
P.S. Heard about problems with MS Office, my 2013 works and kept it's activation.
