It always seem like when Gabe Aul announces the release of a new build, I can never get it on the same day I don't know what is wrong with my PC. This has been happening since the last couple of builds now....

PS: I made sure that I am in the Fast Ring...

Just finished. As per usual, 9 icons turned blank in my Quick Launch Toolbar. Other than that, everything seems to be OK.

Heya, long time no see. Just wanted to say the new build installed fine on my desktop, no issues. (I can't keep up with these threads so after a point I just sorta ditch them lol).

I didn't see anything in the announcement about this, but does anyone know if the issues regarding double-clicking files in Explorer crashing that process, and the start menu not appearing sometimes while the taskbar still works, have been resolved? Those were my two biggest and most infuriating gripes with the previous build.

Hey there, nice to catch up as well. No clue about if it was fixed or not in the announcements, Brink posted on page 1 what was fixed what was updated and what is still buggy. Seems very minor for the time being. I'm like you I barely have the time to keep up myself, I continue to read from time to time. I got lucky today that I booted up good old testie laptop and the th2 release started to download, so I had to chime in and comment, I guess it was perfect timing.

I was wondering myself whats going on as they are dropping these fast ring updates quickly, updating things, but some features are still buggy so it makes me wonder when the update to RTM is coming (they said Novemenber) and what features are going to be implemented. I hope at least the customization options will be available. I like not having to use tweaks like in the RTM version.

Also CCleaner (Crap Cleaner) was just updated to v5.11 and now has the ability to remove built-in W10 apps that were only removable via Powershell commands up to this point from the tutorials section, which gives users an easier way to remove unwanted apps (Alarm, Xbox, People, Get Started, One Drive, etc)

Windows 10576 downloaded and updated in less than 30 minutes. No issues so far except that it deleted the programs it does not like such as Speccy. I Will post the problems when they surface.
