Seriously, just clean installed 10565, this is all I've got on so far:

    Attachment 45240

trying to use all native applications!
    (Failing miserably!)

Even IE is less quirky than Edge!
Have the 10565 on here as well but after pinning IE still went for Waterfox. A quick look at Edge wasn't any vote of confidence since that will take about a year or so to get up where IE 11 is. I still have several others to put to the test while I am not expecting any real differences from has already been seen when making the same comparisons.

I think once Edge has come along much furher you will start to be able to use it for more things and will end up being put together better then IE ever thought of being but for the present it's still too much like a beta something. And as far as any browser I could easily do without tabbed browsing since I often need to move one or more browser windows over to the second display while doing something on the primary with another browser window like quoting something if not looking different things up at the same time.

    Depends on your definition.

The last PM update was caused by Mozilla breaking (sorry ... "improving") another thing in FF.
I am using Firefox 42 RC1 without any issues at all.

I payed for my computer, I pay for my software. Microsoft has absolutely no right to tell me what I can and cannot install/run on my system.

Since you didn't pay for Ten, M$ thinks they can. They are wrong. Dead wrong!

Why am I not surprised any? :) For me it's still a bit too early to start rating Edge since it still has a long way to go before being any ideal replacement for IE as well as any other browser. It's up to MS to decide as a software company whether or not to come out with something new and "Hopefully" better then what is already out. Time will be the maker or breaker however!

And for those who are raving about it now may find discontent later once an updated form comes out with a number of possible changes along with new options yet to be seen. The appearance may also see a few things different as well since it's not "set in stone" at the present time. Seen that with MS before! I do favor the sand box idea however over how IE has been exploited over the years as far as realizing a new updated level of security especially for those running without adequate web filters! That's a potential Plus for it.

    - Edge doesn't open on the monitor I closed it on
    - YouTube videos still go silent when Edge gets minimized to the taskbar,
    - and, what's the point of these tab previews:

Previews is an option found in the Settings that can be turned off if you want. Those are pop ups seen when having multiple tabs or windows open so you know which is what being a convenience option also seen with other browsers. When having several pages open you can move swiftly back and forth when the previews are present.
