Couple of things makin me wonder. "Windows Update distribution. You will get the Windows 10 Fall Update the same way you get any other Windows 10 update: Through Windows Update. It will have the same distribution as a security update, meaning that you will get it immediately. Ideally, you will just wake up the PC one day, sign-in, and already be on the new version. The update will be named “Windows 10 November 2015” in Windows Update." Source first post in thread.

Just wake up and its there no ok from the user needed?

Will you be updating to Windows 10 Threshold 2 once it’s available, or are you already running it via the Insider Program?
What? Will I be, is there a choice here or not.
Oh I will be going with the flow and that's for sure but still makes me wonder

Will it be possible to clean install that build? Is it only an update? What will be the number of that build?
    10.0.10240.1511? 10.0.10240TH2?

Why is this exciting? Only one paragraph of that big press release was dedicated to how Windows 10 will be improved. All the rest was just... well..."fluff". I want to know if this Fall Release will fix the problems, issues and concerns that consume 98% of the 15,000+ threads in this wonderful forum.

I've got a couple of minor niggles, hope the big update irons them out.

Windows 10 “Threshold 2” is almost ready. In fact, we’re now less than two weeks away from it being publicly available as according to my sources, the update will launch for consumers on November 2nd, lining up with our previous report which claimed it would launch in early November. Microsoft has been working on Threshold 2 for a few months now, bringing a number of additional features to the operating system that were originally slated for the RTM back in July.

I just upgraded to WIN10 and have been learning how to navigate through it. I like it. Now a new update in November. Will there be details as to what is in the update after it comes?

This release was referred to as “Threshold 2” in development — Windows 10 itself was “Threshold.” It’ll report itself as version “1511”, as it was released in the eleventh month of 2015. It’ll arrive through Windows Update – not through the Store, as Windows 8.1 did.

My 10565 already identifies itself as 1511
