Winaero Tweaker can't change the "System font" which is used in the start menu, notification area, tiles, apps, etc.
I've noted that the font size increases marginally, when switching into "tablet mode", so there must be a "switch" somewhere.
Just get MacType, every single property of the font can be changed from size to anti-aliasing. Also the font changes everywhere unless you specify a process to exclude.
