Is the slow ring on 10565 too? If not, this changes again MS policy. Guys!

Sorry for my Czech (in other words, don't apologize for your English). Beginning with build 10565 your build will automatically activate if your 8.1 was OEM. If your 8.1 was retail you can use the product key from 8.1 to activate 10565.

    Ok thanks, it was OEM.

Just to clarify this, there should be no reason to use a product key, Windows 10 or any other, even when you have upgraded a retail 7 or 8.1 to 10; upgrade will be automatically activated and thereafter also a clean install will be automatically activated. Product key can be skipped if it is asked.

Where did you get that information from? I would like to know if you have a link to prove that claim.

And your boot issue likely has no issue to do with 10 or the insider build. The OS has no connection to the boot process.

Oh and 7 was not perfect either.
I am the proof, you do not want to believe me that is up to you, I really do not care
I had it installed and if I remember you did as well, they are identical.
