Glad I didnt down load the earlier leaked build ( 10558) Thursday or Friday like I was SRSLY thinking about
OTOH 10558 sould update noramally to 10565 anyway. I had a leaked build do that a while back it was fine .
Time to re start :
Finally on the new build. Upgrade was slow but uneventful. So far, everything seems just fine. I am now going to stick with the Insider forum for future comments.
Turned on my limping PC with 10547, the update was there, downloaded really fast, started to install got to about 40% or thereabouts, rebooted and ended up with a black screen of death, or no operating system found. Rebooted again found an operating system and reverted to 10547 which I really hate on this PC.
Downloading again and hopefully it will install this time otherwise, I'll have to give up and do a clean install.
I just started a thread over there about the Gabe Aul's blockbuster about allowing the Windows 7 or 8 qualifying product key to activate 10. If you haven't found it yet, it is in the Insider Hub.
Been watching Baseball playoffs all day so just now in tune to the new build. 90% downloaded.
Update: Internal Ring Build 1057x.......
PC Builds - yes and have priority!?! - Win Phone delayed.
