In the News section, rep is disabled. If it wasn't I had given you rep for this post.
This is a problematic topic for those of us who want to stay100%as legal as possible. I think I am a good example: I am proud about the fact that none of my machines is and will not be running any pirated, non-licensed software. When the trial period ends and I cannot afford the software, I stop using it. Until Saturday, two days ago I had never downloaded and installed a leaked build (did it on Saturday in our TenForums Live Chat, downloaded build 10568 to demonstrate live how to install it on Hyper-V).
But: As I live in Germany, I have used VPN connections to mask my geolocation to see some YouTube videos because most of the music videos cannot be viewed legally in Germany (read about the reasons here). The same reason, me living in Germany, forces me sometimes to use a VPN connection to watch live TV from my native Finland because the stream is geoblocked.
Sometimes, when really interested in a TV series or a movie I watch it in Kodi (ex XBMC). Again, when logging in to my German Netflix and tired about the German dubbed version of a movie, I fire up my VPN and watch the same movie from Netflix UK or US.
Am I an honest PC user, not a pirate? Yes, I am (in my opinion). Am I breaking some copyright rules? Sure, I am. But, most of the time I do not break any EULAs or rules. Verdict: ???
I am just a normal (honest?) PC user. I have no right to tell anyone how they should behave.

Thank you, Kari. The gracious compliment is enough for me. :)
I find nothing wrong with your demonstration as long as you uninstall the build thereafter, but then again, none of my business.
If Germany has a problem with Google, which IMO is legit, then either Google should, manage content better, pay for the copyrighted content viewed, or charge for its YouTube service so that the proper copyright holder gets their rightful share.
No problem watching the same videos and/or TV using a different channel of means. Again, here's an example of government micromanaging citizens. It's ok for major crimes so to keep all citizens safe, but to micromanage to the point they are as of recent times is simply asinine. Seems to me a certain European country did so back in the 30's. It didn't work out for them very well in the end.
This is just my opinion. I fully respect copyright laws, and I think that they serve a real purpose for creators of intellectual property. BUT, I see a leaked build a little differently and I see that testing leaked builds serves a function that even Microsoft will appreciate and gain from. That is how I see the issue.
That leaked build is directly from MS through WZOR, it is running great on my machine. Better than 10565 ever did
I had a decent leaked MSDN build a while back the link ( to a link ) was posted *here in a dedicated thread FWIW ☻☻.
On your build If its a prior build to 10565 it will update and *may upgrade * to 10565 normally anyway...
OTOH in my case it was a leaked MSDN build here that made it to the Insider builds a few days later ...good luck at least it's working well like my leaked build did a while back. ☻☻
