Did you upgraded from 7/8.1 to 10240? If you did, you can try to reset your "Get Insider builds" and restart your PC few more times. Make sure you sign in with MSA. It did work for me.
I did, but I immediately "reset" my PC so it was essentially a clean install after the upgrade. I've always signed in with my Microsoft account since install, never a local one.

On a side note, I just switched my laptop over to the Fast ring as well. Obviously nothing is showing up, since I just did it, but will having UAC disabled affect my eligibility? It's enabled on my desktop, but a certain mod for Morrowind on my laptop wasn't working with it so I turned it off.

Well, if you JUST switched to Fast ring, it's normal it won't get new build shortly. I would turn the UAC on for a while until the new build comes in. As I suggested, to restart few times pf your PC should help.

Only one thing I'm not so sure is that your 10240 is a Home edition. See thread #491. See anybody knows!

No, see, on my LAPTOP I just switched, but I've been on the Fast ring on my desktop for at least a month if not more.

Okay, that answered my question. I don't recall Preview Builds has home edition other than Pro. Thanks.

Run elevated CMD sfc /scannow to see if you have integrated issues.
