I am assuming that the first item in the "Safe OS Dynamic Update Package" list is what you want if you are at Windows 10 22H2 and fully up-to-date?

If anybody else wants to discuss KB5034441, please would they do so in
    KB5034441 - TenForums
    not here.

I have found it impossible to find out if there are issues with the subject of this thread, KB5034122 CU, because there is so much interference about KB5034441.

Is there anything I should take into account concerning KB5034122 CU?

    Thanks.
I'll go ahead with it later tonight.
[I've already done KB5034122 on my two ancillary computers. I have yet to do it on my main computer.]

    All the best,

It does appear as if this update did finally fix the Event ID 131 DeviceSetupManager error. Zero 131 errors in the last 24 hours on this computer. Other computers also appear to have the problem fixed.

It is still there for me, unfortunately. Maybe not so many as in previous update but still there. I simply turned off the log for now.

I have to ask, did anyone have trouble with Macrium after installing KB5034122? My W10 Pro daily rig is acting up now.

I also had a W10 "Home" system at the office which had the file hosting/sharing for Quickbooks broken as well from this update.

I had this problem after updating this week. Fixed by uninstalling / reinstalling Reflect.

Thanks for the reply Steve. I just found that Robocopy has been messed up as well. Who knows what else is messed up...

I booted to the Macrium recovery partition on the SSD, and even that is messed up; it won't load any of my drives. I was just going to restore my OS backup from Thursday, but I guess that's not an option now...

Not happy about this. Don't have time to mess with this right now...Thanks Microsoft...you've done it again!

Uninstalling and reinstalling latest Macrium seemed to clean everything up for me.
One difference in what the problems were on 2 different PCs- on one it couldn't find a msi file to sort out its context menu option.
