    I anticipate that W10 will overtake the entire W8 series (and XP) in a few months, unless there is some major disaster.

    It will do that just because of the giveaway. But I think it would on its merits anyway. It is a good OS.

    W10 has a familiar feel and (IMO) it is far less annoying than the W8 series.
