After downloading "Cumulative update 2023-09" Installation is struck up at 20%. What to do?

Usually you should be very patient. Occasionally updates/upgrades can seem to get stuck.

Switching off whilst one is being applied can result in significant corruption.

Of course, if you've taken the advice so frequently offered to use 3rd party disk imaging regularly and routinely, and have a recent image, you won't be too worried. I hope you have been doing that.

My choice is not to receive preview updates- I have Pro, so can set that in Group Policy.

Thanks. It resumed after prolonged pause. Finally, it has been installed successfully.

Hi, from a new thread, the poster with this build says they don't see an option to reset Internet Options - it vanished about a month ago (I choose not to receive preview updates so can't quite compare).

Do you see the same- or do you still have that button available? Thanks.
