I don't mind ads per se, because I can generally ignore them! What I hate is to be looking something serious up and having an ad blare out with a loud voice or one that will jump up and down. Those kinds really hack me off, and I tend not to go to those sites again.
Yes, Wyn, no tact. When that happens to me it's Alt/Back arrow or home button. And as the Schwarz put it > "Hasta la vista, baby!"

Just a friendly reminder fellow geeks, Forum Rules §13:

    13) No ad blocking discussions. This site depends on ads to pay for the costs of running and maintaining it.

I occasionally use Edge to test it out. It has improved but I'm still not convinced to use it as my daily browser. I'll wait untill Edge can use add-ons before I make my final decision.
I still can not scroll with mouse pad and have to use arrow keys but can scroll no problems in other programs ( fire fox, palemoon and file explorer

A key isn't needed or provided. You just let the previous Insider build you are running update to this build.

I checked if it was activated straight after installing and it was.

If Edge is the backbone of Windows 10, I may as well quit now. :) No matter how many times I've tried to use it, it just isn't "there" yet. :)

Errr, ummm, Edge isn't the OS. Thank goodness. :)

You do have a way of twisting statements to suit your point of view.
My point being improvements, in answer to a prior post, in my opinion, made in 10532 were mainly making Edge more reliable.
And yes even Cortana is linked to Edge.
Having put two sentences together to make my point, you separated them to make yours.
I reckon you could start an argument in a telephone booth with just yourself for company, or perhaps with a ferret..

But mine isn't! The only way that I've managed to activate all pervious builds is to enter VALID product key.

Without activation, I can't personalise settings etc.

What if we want to do a clean install?
