I still can not scroll with mouse pad and have to use arrow keys but can scroll no problems in other programs ( fire fox, palemoon and file explorer

You do have a way of twisting statements to suit your point of view.
My point being improvements, in answer to a prior post, in my opinion, made in 10532 were mainly making Edge more reliable.
And yes even Cortana is linked to Edge.
Having put two sentences together to make my point, you separated them to make yours.
I reckon you could start an argument in a telephone booth with just yourself for company, or perhaps with a ferret..
