You don't need a 2nd PC. You can have 2nd OS nstalled in a vhdx file and boot from that for testing.

If your one PC is a desktop and the case has drive bays you can do what I do. Buy a tray, put it in the bay and then you can just swap drives and run any system your PC can handle on each different drive. So I have a Windowz test drive on a SSD because I know M$ makes some mistakes. But I also have one with Android on it and another with a Linux distro. Lots of fun if you're a little nerdy.
