Installed ten minutes longer than any other update that I remember having. But besides that, I think it took only a few minutes longer than usual to install after clicking restart. Unlike last month when it took me a half hour. I also still have the banner on my settings page. Windows 10 2004 Home.

For the people who only take ten minutes to install your updates, what do your computers have? Because I wouldn't mind changing out some parts of my computer if it means faster updates.

I have spent about forty minutes now trying to install the regular cumulative update. Getting stuck multiple times for very extremely long times. It went up only one percent within the past almost ten minutes.
Laptop I7 7500 + SSD + 200Mb/s Internet. Today it was fast other times it is slow. No idea why.

Quick and painless with no issues so far.

    KB5004237 Windows 10 2004 19041.1110, 20H2 19042.1110, 21H1 19043.1110-19043.1110.png

    And a quick question:
Does Shawn, or anybody else know if this update includes the “PrintNightmare” CVE-2021-34527 fix, included in KB5004945. As CU (=Cumulative) I would presume it does, but since there has been so much fuss about it, how come it's not mentioned in the Release Notes?

I think a fairly fast CPU, a fast internet connection, and maybe most importantly, a fast SSD.

This seemed a faster than usual one - I looked up and saw that the post-restart phase had ended so quickly I thought "great, it failed". But no, here we are at .1110.

[Edit - I forgot to add that you should never watch the progress inidicators. NOTHING slows it down like watching the progress indicators ;-) ]

Ran and installed as usual on both machines. No hiccup and my account has nothing changed in settings.

Updated, ran SFC and DISM no errors. Took the normal amount of time for an old pre Vista laptop.
