Safe Mode, is best avoided at this time , used System32 - MSCONFIG , to turn off Safe Mode .

Upgrade from 10 or clean install?

I tried an upgrade first (from an iso), and it was a mess. No issues with a clean install, so far.
If mine hadn't installed as an upgrade, it still wouldn't be installed. Clean installs of Windows along with all the other software I run and doing settings require more work than I'm willing to do for Microsoft gratis.

To anyone that may be having problems with W11 and "QTTabBar -> QT Tab Desktop Tool" I found a solution that may help until the developer finds the way around Windows 11 Taskbar restrictions, in my case I have items on the desktop that I want to have access to it without having to open the folder itself:

The application name is "menuApp", I do have link but not sure if can post here, but if you search for it, you find it.
You can link a folder or a file to this app from anywhere in your computer and they will be show like the image above, like a menu.

Upgrade was a BSOD no go, clean from ISO only solution. I'm on a non daily driver dual boot SSD so it's testing purposes only.
My issue is third party drivers for programs that use USB drivers like by racing sim platform and Fanatec wheel base and pedals, I'm loosing connectivity which has always been an issue on Gigabyte x570 bios not moving to AGESA 3.0 even on win10.
I only wanted really to test DirectStorage for this gaming sim rig PC and I can say it was night and day for load time accessing the older test SSD, much much faster program loads in even rF2, excited for prime time when beta and alpha comes around and I use my Samsung 980Pro instead and the third parties drivers catch up.
I'll not be testing this build on my work horse daily driver Laptop, its to early and I'm to lazy to do it brake my workflow to bug fix but I'm willing on my desktop game rig to feedback in my leisure time to bugs etc.

Yes, if you install in a PC with unsupported CPU some features may not work, I have tried on a laptop with i7-6700HQ and I didn't get the Widgets.
Widgets began working for me after I enabled Net 2/3 in features.

I’m not at my PC now but as I remember I went to Settings then entered “features” in the search options. That will show you how to get to the screen where you can enable additional windows features. Then just select the first item in the list which is Net 2 and Net 3. That’s it.
