Even with this, they will kick me out of Insider Program. What is beyond Stupidly Absurd?

Win 10 is telling me not to install it. "Windows protected your PC".

Just make an exception for it. It's clean. You're getting a false positive.
It's portable anyway. It doesn't install.

Here's mine, and my comp didn't blow up.

Yeah, I went ahead and did it anyway.
Telling me my boot type is legacy, I switched it to UEFI in BIOs.
My Secure Boot is disabled, I enabled it in BIOs.
    GPT not detected.

Here's the link for the Microsoft tool: PC Health Check. It does get installed.

    Post a screenshot of both.

Can't, I'm on my Linux Mint daily workhorse. I'd have to log on via my Windows gamer (separate desktop). Maybe some other time.

i wonder if they really fixed the monitor window rearrangement issue

I have a 4k tv as my only monitor, hooked up to my laptop.

and whenever I turn off the TV, after a few hours, most (not all) of my windows are pushed to the upper left of the screen.

This only happens after a few hours. and it doesn't always happen either.

    very annoying window rearrangement issue.

Discovered my problem, my primary disk was MBR, Secure Boot and UEFI would not work even though I had them enabled in BIOs. Used EaseUS Partition tool to convert it to GPT without losing my data. Somehow I had 2 extra partitions on my primary that I have no idea how they got there and had to delete them before EaseUS would convert the drive to GPT.
After all that was done ran the Compatibility test and everything was green across the board.
