A thing I will be giving them feedback about is removing the notification tray on the Desktop and merging that into the notification center like Windows Phone. Put the system controls on top of the list, show all the first and third party notifications there, or at least give that option. It seems redundant to have a thing called Action Center next to a notification center. It'd be best to merge all that into once place as it can be easily accessed on the Desktop side as well as the modern side. Everything in once place.

How about tweaking the new Start Menu so that the whole thing can be flipped around and show notifications there? Once you swipe them away, or X them with a mouse, it flips back to the new Start Menu.

But yeah, merging the Notification Center and the Action Center sounds mighty fine, too.
