Computer manufacturers are unhappy with late terms of the release of Windows 9

Asian device manufacturers are not welcome the fact that the release of Windows 9 will be held after the Christmas and New Year, that is traditionally the low season sales.

As a result, producers will have to reduce the volume of manufacture of computers and tablets running the new version of the operating system on which the hoped to revive the PC market. Microsoft is in talks with hardware partners to solve this problem. And one of the possible scenarios would be to sell new computers during the winter holidays with a certificate for a free upgrade to Windows 9.

I'd rather have a certificate for upgrading later or something similar, rather than waiting until the 2015 winter holidays to get it.
