    I take it you don't use a third party backup program such as Macrium or Acronis?
    If you need to reinstall Windows ensure you use a method that keeps your files if your data is on the OS part.

    @Wynona, I got right into both links. Notice I'm signed into my account, profile pic lower left. Make sure you are signed into your MS account somewhere, and try again.

    You can check in the NVIDIA Control Panel. System Information link at the bottom left.
