it's a hidden system file and may have been deleted after the Windows.BT / WS folder was created
    Start>File Explorer>C:>$Windows.~BT>Sources>Install.esd

For those not familiar with this path, you will have to scroll down past all the folders into the alphabetized list. If it isn't in alphabetical order, click the Name tab and it should resort.

Seems you're able to Pin any Setting to Start.

Upgraded to 10525 w/o issue and composing this post within Edge. I had 17 programs installed in build 10240 and they seem to have carried over intact which includes Stardock's Fences and Start10. Also the options I had set for PowerShell (ISE) remained in place,

Kari has stated a new convention. "Insiders" and "Outsiders".

I will stay an "Outsider" for now as I clean up two updated systems with a clean install of Windows 10. Then upgrade the wife's W7 system to W10 and then clean it up also. Too much to do before I go back "Inside"

Wait a sec, where does naming like that leaves me ? Am I INSIDEOUT than ? Insider on one disk, full blown RTM on another (at least not actually yet because 8.1 on other disk didn't get upgraded yet).
    P.S.
Update went super fast and without a hitch.

With all the problems I had trying to activate win 10 on my surface pro 3 (upgrade to RTM from insider followed by clean install) with MS eventually replacing my surface pro 3 (saying they were unable to give me a new product key and all attempts at rolling back to win 8.1 failing), and being told by MS support that this was a common problem being faced by people who were on the insider program, I think I am going to remain an outsider, which is a shame really

    Morning everyone,

I reverted to the previous build, as I had various issues once I'd upgraded, including random loss of wi-fi connectivity (I'm on a PC, not laptop or suchlike), and my default browser, Opera, took an eternity to load pages...

Finally got to install it this morning but Chrome won't work. I've tried uninstalling it and still the same. No websites will load and I can't get to the settings either.
