Before doing that, and assuming you have dmp file creation enabled in the first place, is one being created? Back when we had our version of your error, one was. And using WinDbg Preview (in the Store) to examine them was very revealing, since they were ALL about networking. Yours may be that, or it may be all about something else, which would be a major clue. Of course, after writing that I realized that you're not even able to get it installed, so no dmp. Oh, well.
Thanks for the suggestions rseiler--I'm trying to mount the iso for 202186--it will not even mount! Downloaded it multiple times to different physical drives--same difference. Other Win10 isos on the same drives mount instantly.

    Crazy...

Brink...don't know what is going on here...I've downloaded this three times to two separate NVMe drives and a standard hard drive--and this file simply will not mount in my system. When I try and mount the iso the disk icon simply spins and the folder/directory remains unresponsive until I sign out and sign back in. Other, earlier .iso's on the same drives all mount immediately!

Very bizarre. Wondered if you might have a suggestion...
    Hello Walt,

I just tested the ISO on my system, and I'm still able to mount it.

Do you have any issues mounting other ISO files? I see you just posted they do mount without issue.

Also, double check to make sure the ISO had fully downloaded and wasn't interrupted or corrupted causing it to not mount.

Just finished installing it on my Hyper-V VM with the help of UUPDump (unofficial Insider). So far, so good...

Mounted fine here, Walt. Shouldn't matter, but make sure it's Unblocked. Mine mounted fine blocked and unblocked.

Here's the 256 hash if you want to check yours, just to rule it out.

It's that way on RTM. Has been far as I can tell. Don't think that's new.

Brink and guys--thanks for commenting...I don't know what is going on...I've downloaded it three times to three different drives--scannow & dism both report no problems with the build--I'll keep trying. Thanks for the SHA F14--I' check it! This is just bizarre...
